Waiver Statement:

By signing up for a trip, workshop, or attending a field trip sponsored by Georgia Audubon, I acknowledge that these activities can be hazardous and that I could be injured. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume any risk of physical injury or damage to my property. In addition, I grant Georgia Audubon, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of my and my property during the program, and authorize Georgia Audubon to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Georgia Audubon may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following Payment Plan:

For those who wish to pay in two installments, we will accept a $500 down-payment at the time of registration ($550 for non-members). Half of the trip cost will be due by March 1, 2024. Payment in full will be due by June 7, 2024 The final payment would include your single supplement payment, if applicable. Participants may pay in full at any time.

 

I acknowledge and agree to adhere to Georgia Audubon's COVID-19 Considerations & Vaccination Requirements:

Until further notice, all participants in the Georgia Audubon Travel Program must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of their travel date, including having at least one booster. Georgia Audubon will verify participants' vaccination status at least two weeks prior to the travel dates. Participants will also be expected to adhere to all local travel guidelines and restrictions at the destination at the time of travel. If you are unable or unwilling to comply with the COVID-19 travel precautions, please do not register for this event at this time.

Payment Plan: I understand that if I selected the down-payment during initial registration that the following additional payment schedule applies:

1. $500 downpayment to reserve spot ($550 for non-members, includes one-year Georgia Audubon membership)
2. Half of cost (less $500) due by March 1, 2024
3.  Full payment must be made by June 7, 2024

If selected, the single supplement will be due as part of the final payment.

I also agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

​If notice of cancellation by the participant is received by February 29, 2024 a refund of all payments made will be given (less a $50 administrative and all credit card fees). If notice of cancellation is received between March 1, 2024 and June 6, 2024 a 50% refund of the fees paid to date will be given unless the space(s) can be filled, in which case a full refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee and all credit card fees). Thereafter, all deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the space(s) can be filled, in which case a full refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee and all credit card fees). In the event of tour cancellation due to weather, strike, war, quarantine, or other unforeseen emergency situation, a refund will be given less any non-refundable payments made to local companies. Please contact Adam Betuel if you have any questions regarding the non-refundable payment schedule. Georgia Audubon and its tour partners reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary that we think will improve the trip and/or due to local conditions, both before the trip and during. If changes are made prior to the trip, participants will be notified, but changes made to the itinerary do not change the terms of our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to change hotels or other accommodations, comparable accommodations will be substituted wherever possible.
