Birds Georgia is working with Trust for Public Land to remove invasive species and restore native bird habitat at the Chattahoochee RiverLands Camp+Paddle Trail Site near Chattahoochee Hills, GA, and we invite you to join us! Work will be supervised by Birds Georgia, and we need your help.

The focus of the workday will be installing a variety of native plants to benefit birds, pollinators, and other wildlife.

What to bring?

  • Water
  • Dress according to the weather and the work being done, the chance of encountering poison ivy, insects, arachnids, etc.
  • Close-toed shoes - boots recommended
  • Recommended but not required: sunglasses, binoculars (it's a great spot for birding!)
