By signing up for a trip, workshop, or attending a field trip sponsored by Birds Georgia, I acknowledge that these activities can be hazardous and that I could be injured. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume any risk of physical injury or damage to my property. In addition, I grant Birds Georgia, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of my and my property during the program, and authorize Birds Georgia to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Birds Georgia may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following Payment Plan:
For those who wish to pay in two installments, we will accept a $600 down-payment at the time of registration ($650 for non-members). Payment in full will be due by February 29, 2024 The final payment would include your single supplement payment, if applicable. Participants may pay in full at any time.
Final Payment: I understand that if I selected the down-payment during initial registration that the final payment, which will include any single supplement payment(s) or extension payment, will be due by February 29, 2024.
I also agree to the following Cancellation Policy:
If notice of cancellation by the participant is received by February 1, 2024, a refund of all payments made will be given (less a $50 administrative fee and all credit card processing fees incurred by Birds Georgia). If notice of cancellation is received between February 2, 2024, and March 2, 2024, a 50% refund of the tour fee will be given unless the space(s) can be filled, in which case a full refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee and all credit card fees). Thereafter, all deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the space(s) can be filled, in which case a full refund will be given (less a $50 administrative fee and all credit card fees). In the event of tour cancellation due to weather, strike, war, quarantine, or other unforeseen emergency situation, a refund will be given, less any non-refundable payments made to tour partners or incurred by Birds Georgia. Birds Georgia and its tour partners reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary that we think will improve the trip and/or due to local conditions, both before the trip and during. If changes are made prior to the trip, participants will be notified, but changes made to the itinerary do not change the terms of our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to change hotels or other accommodations, comparable accommodations will be substituted wherever possible.
