Building off decades of research on brain health and successful cognitive aging, Jack will demonstrate how the art of birding uniquely aids the birder in maintaining and enhancing brain health. Showcasing the complexity of birding, birders will be motivated to continue the upward journey in becoming better birders—for brain health.
